Fic: In The Library
Oct. 13th, 2013 10:50 pmBefore I forget, here is the fic I wrote for
hp_silencio In the Library. It was really interesting writing for a fest that stipulated no dialogue: I realised that some of my one-shots were already veering in this directions. I was also very happy to have the opportunity to write a fic for
icmezzo, who left the original prompt. :)
Title: In the Library
Rating: PG
Warnings: None
Word Count: ~2,700
Summary: There's no talking in the library at Hogwarts, not under Madam Pince's watch. Unfortunately, there's only one copy of the book Harry and Draco both need for the Potions essay that is due the next morning, so they will have to find some way to share. Quietly.
Author Notes: As soon as I saw this prompt, I wanted to write it – so thank you, dear prompter (and thank you for a prompt good enough to use as a summary too, hehe). Thank you to my wonderful betas,
birdsofshore and
evilgiraff, and to the lovely mod too for being so nice in the face of various panicky emails.
